You can enjoy views of the beautiful Exe Estuary few minutes walk away. There is a bike path through Phear park to town, Budleigh Salterton and Sandy Bay. The stunning Exe Trail cycle path following the river up to Exeter and beyond is also accessible after a short ride.
Exmouth has a large selection of shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema, bowling alley, bars and pubs as well as its pretty beach and marina. Many pubs and restaurants within few hundred metres; swimming pool, tennis courts and gym in town; and golf in the park.
Rooms & Rates
We offer a dog friendly 5 bedroom house located about 20 minutes walk from the town centre. The property has off-road parking and can cater for up to 10 people, situated over three storeys.
During the low seasons we also offer the ground floor of the house which has a double en-suite bedroom and a further single bed.
We also offer a spacious, period town cottage within 2 mins walk of the centre and we have even included our Sofia city apartment in Bulgaria for the more adventurous guests.
